The emerging importance
on strategic planning in most corporations
particularly in the field of Human Resource
Management demands a greater understanding
among the human resources practitioners on
the mechanism towards aligning their roles
to the anticipating changes. Herein, such
mechanism refers to the Balanced Scorecard
that is capable of establishing a common language
and focusing on demonstrating human capital's
impact on desired business outcomes.
Seeing the importance
of strategic planning in the role of human
resource practitioners, Cetheus MSC collaborated
with KaizenHR in the recent PSMB 2005 Conference
to share with the participants on the integration
of Cetheus MSC's Balanced Scorecard to KaizenHR's
Human Resources Management system.
The
PSMB 2005 Conference
The PSMB 2005 Conference
was deemed successful as we witnessed the
largest gathering ever for the human resources
practitioners with more than 1000 participants
from various organizations and 41 exhibitors.
This year, the
organizer was honored to have YB Datuk Wira
Dr Fong Chan Onn, the Minister of Human Resources
to officiate the opening of the conference.
The highlights of the event were the presentation
of the Human Resources Development Awards
to employers and training providers who have
made significant contributions and achievements
in the field of human resource development.
In addition, the
conference managed to set a platform for the
exchange of views among CEOs, business heads,
human resource managers and practitioners,
consultants and trainers. Such convergence
was seen useful in accelerating the process
of creating more future leaders and developing
world-class performance.
