Recently,
Cetheus participated in the PSMB 2006
Conference which was organized by Pembangunan
Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) as one
the exhibitors, which was held at Sunway
Pyramid Convention Centre on 5-6 September
2006. On that 2-Day Exhibition, Cetheus
presented human capital competency
development and the balanced scorecard
model as an approach that bridges strategy
and action within an organization, in
a way, to reposition the human capital
as a true strategic partner to the organizations.
The conference,
being sixth of its series since 2001 managed
to attract more visitors from year -to-year.
The turnout was overwhelming with more than
1,000 delegates who are business leaders,
CEOs, managing directors, HR practioners and
professionals, managers, government officials,
training providers and consultants representing
Malaysia and other countries as well. The
organizer, PSMB was honored to have Datuk
Seri Dr. Fong Chan Onn, the Honorable Minister
of Human Resources to officiate the conference.
The latest human
resources development issues are very well
addressed through this annual conference with
a lot of interactivity inside the conference
hall and exhibition areas. The organizer and
exhibitors joining their effort hand-in-hand
had successfully keeping the pack well attended
and made this event a platform for the exchange
for views and opinions that would lead future
directions for all.
